History Behind his Journey

Dr.AVGR's Professional Path:

An alumnus of Guntur Medical College, Dr A.V. Gurava Reddy started his career as a Senior House Surgeon at Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad in 1984. After obtaining a D. Ortho-DNB from Sancheti Institute of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, Pune, he worked as a Training and Associate Consultant in England from 1990 to 1999. Dr. Reddy returned to India in 1999 and joined Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad, as a Consultant. He presided as the Founder-Director of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS Hospital), Hyderabad, from 2004 to 2009. He then went on to establish the Sunshine Group of Hospitals, a multispeciality hospital in Hyderabad, in 2009. Today, the hospital has emerged as one of the top hospitals in the country.
